Bonjour et bienvenue!

Welcome to my French class! Je m'appelle Madame Renslow! I was born and grew up in France. I am a native French speaker ! I have almost 20 years of experience teaching my beautiful language in France, the United States, Germany and Austria. I taught all ages, but my favorite is elementary school!

At Carden I teach from Preschool to 5th Grade. We have so much fun learning the French language and culture together! Homework is assigned to 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. Special projects are assigned throughout the year. French songs and poems are learned, and fluency is practiced on Rosetta Stone and Quizlet once a week. We finish up the school year with our French assembly and our French Friday party.
